🌿 Policies & Procedures

To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients, please review the following policies before booking or attending your session.

💳 Deposits & Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in:

    • A 50% charge of your scheduled service

    • Forfeiture of your deposit

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee or the remaining balance due.

  • To avoid fees, please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Deposits may be applied to a rebooked service within two weeks of the original appointment.

    • If rescheduled beyond two weeks, a new booking and deposit will be required.

⏰ Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service.

  • Clients arriving 7 minutes or more past their scheduled time will incur a $15 late fee.

🧦 Health & Safety: Socks Required

  • For hygiene and safety, socks must be worn in the treatment room until you are on the treatment table.

  • If you forget socks, they are available for purchase:

    • Socks: $5

    • Flip-flops (for non-Pilates/stretching services): $1

  • Grip socks or regular socks are mandatory for all stretching and Pilates sessions.

🧘 Mat Pilates Class Guidelines

  • Cancellation Policy: Must cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

  • What to Bring:

    • Your own mat

    • Grip socks or regular socks

  • Arrival:

    • Use the front entrance

    • Please arrive no later than 5 minutes after class begins

  • Health Disclosure:

    • It is your responsibility to inform Keesha (instructor) of any injuries or discomfort prior to class.

💰 Prepayment Policy

Thank you for your continued support during this transition! A limited-time opportunity is available to prepay for sessions at the current rate.

Prepayment Terms

  • Purchase Limit: Up to three (3) prepaid sessions per client

  • Purchase Deadline: Must be purchased by December 22, 2025

  • Usage Deadline: All sessions must be used by March 20, 2026

    • Unused sessions after this date will expire and are non-refundable

Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule once per prepaid session without penalty, provided the change is made at least 48 hours in advance

  • Reschedules within 48 hours or no-shows will result in forfeiture of that session

Transfer & Refund Policy

  • Prepaid sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable

By purchasing a prepaid session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
