MEET KEESHA
Founder of The Movement Space and former owner of A Touch of Balance, Keesha has spent over seven years helping clients reconnect with their well-being through the healing art of reflexology. Over time, her passion for holistic wellness evolved to include movement-based practices, leading to the birth of The Movement Space.
