experience combining reflexology education, Mat Pilates (classical & contemporary), and guided stretching to help reconnect with yourself from head to toe!

Designed for those who want more than a "workout class", but a consistent space to build community

What to Expect

Where can I take classes?

Weekly experiences are hosted  on Sundays at Ride,Vibe,Build 316 Marshall Passage. To book a private or corporate event, email ​

Are "classes" beginner-friendly?​

​Yes, experiences are for all levels, and adjustments or challenges are always offered. Always listen to your body; if it's not there for you, it's not there for you today.

MEET KEESHA

Founder of The Movement Space and former owner of A Touch of Balance, Keesha has spent over seven years helping clients reconnect with their well-being through the healing art of reflexology. Over time, her passion for holistic wellness evolved to include movement-based practices, leading to the birth of The Movement Space.

Known for her signature question, “Have you stretched today?”, Keesha empowers every client to embrace movement as a form of self-care.
